Refund policy
XJ Hair gladly accepts return of all eligible products no later than 30 days from the original ship date.
Damaged, worn, or dyed items are not eligible for return.
Eligible Products:
1 In original condition
2 The item not damaged, worn, or dyed
3 Must be in 30 days after the item ship date.
Ineligible Products:
1 Already Worn
2 Damaged or dyed
3 Hair care products already used on the hair extensions.
4 Already over 30 days after the ship date
If the item is already an Ineligible product, please don’t return it back to us, we can’t accept the return.
Return: Must Be Eligible Products as the above, contact with us and confirm with our salesman, our salesman will offer you our return address. If you are returning your order for a refund, we do kindly ask that our customers cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchange: Must Be Eligible Products as the above, contact with our salesman first, please return the hair extensions to the address we offered you, the new hair extensions will be sent out after we got your returned package.
Cancel Order: If you want to cancel your order, please let us know before the package sent out, order can’t be canceled once the package sent out, because we already paid the shipping fees if the package sent out.

Paypal: Refund needs about 24 hours to settle after we processed.
